Terms of Service

By using TravelPad (travelpad.travel), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TravelPad is a road-trip planning tool. Routes, times, weather, and stop suggestions are estimates. Always follow traffic laws, road conditions, and official guidance. We are not responsible for travel decisions you make.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate signup information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the product, spam, or harm other users.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, harass others, scrape or overload our APIs, attempt to break security, or use TravelPad to violate the law. Convoy posts and tips must be respectful and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

Subscriptions

TravelPad Pro is billed through Stripe under the plan you select. Free-tier limits may change. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create (drives, posts, photos). You grant TravelPad a license to host, display, and process that content so the product can work—including when you share a public link or post to Convoy.

Third-party services

Maps, places, AI suggestions, payments, and email rely on third parties (for example Google, OpenAI, Stripe). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to those features.

Disclaimer

TravelPad is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect routing, or error-free AI suggestions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TravelPad and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from travel, navigation, or reliance on suggestions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. The date at the top will be updated when terms change.
